SHIELD PEST CONTROL NEWS BY ROYAL APPOINTMENT
The warrant means that Shield Pest Control is one of the chosen few that have been specifically appointed to carry out work for the Royal Households by appointment. Royal Warrants are a mark of recognition to people or companies who have regularly supplied goods or services for at least five years, to certain members of the Royal Family. They have always been regarded as a mark of excellence and quality and are highly prized. It also means that the company is now entitled to put a coveted 'Royal Warrant' legend onto its stationery, website and vehicle fleet throughout. Three members of the Royal Family currently grant Warrants, as did Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother. These include The Queen, who has two Royal Arms, one of which is used in Scotland and The Prince of Wales who also holds the title of Duke of Rothesay in Scotland. The Grantors, as they are known, are advised by the Lord Chamberlain, who is head of the Royal Household and chairman of the Royal Household Tradesmen's (TM) Warrants Committee. But the final decision to grant a Royal Warrant is made by the member of the Royal Family concerned. Shield Pest Control’s Managing Director Daniel Steward can't hide his delight at the news: He said: “Winning new business always gives you a boost, but this is the icing on the cake! It is tremendous news, a privilege and an honour - all rolled into one. It is a fitting tribute to our dedicated pest control operatives who consistently carry out their work to such a high standard. I'm delighted that our long service and dedication has been rewarded.” Daniel said: “We are very proud of this achievement and look forward to continuing our long association with the Royal Households.” Daniel is also on the servicing committee for The British Pest Control Association. Other big name clients will surely follow suit so watch this space for Shield Pest Control… |
